Thanks for asking. My clients choose me almost entirely because of referrals received before they contact me.

I read "Selling with Integrity" about five years ago and have been using the Facilitative Questions (in my own words) ever since, to help people see their presenting problems in a different light. This is true whether it's a sales situation or after I've been hired. It meshes well with my personality and values.
