Working mainly in Sales and Marketing plus teaching the same on Bachelor level. I like to keep track of the developments in brain knowledge. We hardly know what is going on in there.

Hi again, Hans. Just read your last note.
I actually developed a unique training model that teaches people how to learn - by engaging their own unique, internal criteria and teaching them to expand their options and make room for new thinking. Conventional training pushes data into a brain field that already has 'something' in the same field, and the original field will reject the new thought if it's not aligned with the original material.
But I have developed something new in the field if you wish to discuss. Please email me at sdm@austin.rr.com.
Hi Hans. Sharon Drew here. Sorry for delay in response.
Have you been able to have a look at my opening essay about Decision Making and how I've put it into the field of Sales?
I work with a lot of folks in Scandanavia.
Are you at all familiar with my collaborative decision making model? I'd have interest in offering some material for your university folks, or having you possibly license my material so you could train it.
thoughts??
In your last paper you mention the 50% rate of succes in training. Well, after 30 years in that field a cooleague and I did some reflection - no real research - and came up with 25% effectiveness on the average in skill training. So, there is much to be gained in this field.
