- I have been in real estate since 1981 beginning in San Antonio, TX moving to Dallas and ultimately in 1988 to Orange County. I have partnered with Nancy Peterson since 1989 and we have been very successful doing business mostly in coastal Orange County. Married with 3 grown children and 3 adorable grandchildren.
